The next move!


Hi All,

Kyper here again! I wanted to extend another thank you to everyone who took the time to play our game and give it a review. 

What's happening?

Being a game-jam, there was not enough time to fully explore the concepts I had in mind for this project. I only had time to scratch the surface. Seeing all of the great feedback and interest in this project has shown me that this is something worth pursuing. Starting immediately, we will begin on a long journey to develop a new, full-length, feature-rich game that will explore our mechanics and concepts in depth.

Our design goals:

Our design goals revolve around uniqueness and providing interesting choices to players. With these core goals in mind, we are excited to provide an entertaining experience where every single mechanic will be as refreshing and unique as the experience we've provided with Asterism. 

So what can I expect?

Our next project will be similarly space-shippy and gravity centric. It's time to return to humanity, so no more tentacle monster. No more arena, no need to be CONFINED. Expect the full open-ness of space. We have plans to include a unique build-crafting system, progression system that still feels rogue-lite, a story, big-ass boss fights, a TON of loot, and much much more!

Additionally, we will be taking all that we've learned from YOU and making our game feel better in every way. Stay tuned for a list of changes we'll be making purely based on the reviews people left.

We will be regularly updating our community along the way through 2 main sources. A Twitter account and a dedicated Discord channel a little later on. Follow our studio for regular updates!
